All prices shown are net and therefore subject to carriage and v.a.t. at the current rate.

Delivery of fabric orders is normally within ten days of reciept of order and payment.

Orders for made to measure curtains and Blinds will normally be delivered within 21 days of reciept of order and payment.

Measurements supplied by the customer are excepted at the customers own risk.

No responsibility for customers measuring errors will be excepted by the company.

In the event of inaccurate measurements no refund will be given.

Colours of products are shown as accurately as possible but are not guaranteed to be an exact colour match.

Any returns must be recieved uncut and undamaged within seven days of reciept of goods.

PRICE MATCH POLICY

Our price match policy is your guarantee that you will always be paying the best price for your fabrics.

You are eligible for a price match refund if your request meets the following criteria.

Requests must be made via email designerdrapes2@googlemail.com or fax  01223891551 within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Fabrics are from the same manufacturer and have been offered for sale at the recommended retail price.

 No items that are offered in a sale will be considered.

Price quoted must include v.a.t. and delivery to an identical address.
